I provide virtual and in-person therapy for youth under 21 years old across New Jersey, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt. My warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach is designed to help young people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Whether a child struggles with transitions, low self-worth, school-related stress, or family conflict, I help them build resilience and a stronger sense of self. Therapy with me is about more than symptom relief—it’s about helping youth reconnect with their confidence and move through the world with greater clarity, calm, and connection.

I specialize in:

Support for first-time leadership (teens stepping into new roles, school responsibilities, etc.)
I also support parents and caregivers, helping them better understand what their child is going through and how to create a home environment that promotes healing and growth.
