MECHA is a private non-profit organization founded in 1985 to establish and ensure that adequate representation and services are provided to meet the needs of the Latino population in Mercer County.

MECHA provides home energy assistance, family counseling, life skills education, parenting skills development, diabetes prevention education, translation services, and classes in citizenship preparation and English as a Second Language (ESL).

Eligibility	MECHA serves people in need from all of Mercer County's communities.
