Referral Information
This is an open referral program and referrals can be accepted from any stakeholder, including family, probation, CMO, community based organization. Services are available to Mercer County youth who meet the following categories:
youth ages 12-18 who are at-risk or youth who have a minor offense in the youth justice system - LifeTies Mentoring
youth ages 10-24 who identify as LGBTQIA+ - LifeTies PRIDE Mentoring

Triad House
A 24-hour residential group home for youth ages 16-21 with emotional, medical, and behavioral challenges who may identify as LGBTQIA+. Triad House promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all youth and emphasizes the importance of youth understanding and celebrating diversity regarding their sexual orientation, religion, and ethnicity.
