LifeTies Mentoring Program

Referral Information 

This is an open referral program and referrals can be accepted from any stakeholder, including family, probation, CMO, community based organization. Services are available to Mercer County youth who meet the following categories:

youth ages 12-18 who are at-risk or youth who have a minor offense in the youth justice system - LifeTies Mentoring

youth ages 10-24 who identify as LGBTQIA+ - LifeTies PRIDE Mentoring
