Rise, formerly Community Action Service Center, Inc. (CASC), is the primary non-profit social service organization in eastern Mercer County, NJ. We provide referral and support services to families and individuals in need. We offer a wide range of programs that help struggling members of our local community build independence and achieve their full potential.

Located in downtown Hightstown, we are one of four neighborhood centers strategically located throughout the county under Mercer County’s Community Action Program.

Our diverse community plays an important role in our daily operations. We garner support through partnerships with the local school district, residents, businesses, civic groups, and houses of worship, as well as government and non-profit agencies, to help us reach our goal of delivering services to our local community. We also offer easy access to resources and support services to those in need.
