The Arc Mercer is a grassroots, family focused organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their goals. We believe everyone is a valued, contributing member of our community at large. Our focus is to provide those we serve with the resources, support, and services needed to reach their highest level of independence regardless of diagnosis, and at all stages of life.

As a leader in our field we are committed to offering innovative, person-centered services rooted in progression and based in the community. Being an active participant in our community means not just creating opportunities for people with I/DD but also encouraging engagement with our organization through meaningful volunteerism and employment options.
