Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of patients in Mercer County by connecting patients to quality, specialized health care regardless of their race, religion, or ability to pay.

We work in association with the Henry J. Austin Health Center, Mercer County's only federally qualified health clinic, as well as the charity care departments of three major Mercer County hospitals -- Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Hamilton, Capital Health Regional Medical Center, and St. Francis Medical Center. Our present panel of specialists boasts of 30 reputed and highly trained physicians who donate not only their time and services but also their personal private practice space to serve Medina-referred patients. Some of our specialties include Gastroenterology, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Podiatry, and ENT. Since our establishment in 2014, we have served over 500 patients, completely free of charge to the patients.

Eligibility	To receive care through Medina Clinic, you must be an uninsured adult age 18 or older. Your primary care provider at Henry J Austin Health Center, Capitol Health, St. Francis, RWJ Hamilton or another facility can provide a referral to Medina Clinic.
