HHCF is a nonprofit organization serving over 95+ unduplicated youth and young adults annually in Trenton and across Mercer County. Through mentoring, academic enrichment, and workforce development, we help participants build resilience, life skills, and pathways to higher education and employment.
Mentoring & Youth Development
- 52-week structured mentoring curriculum
- Individualized support from trained mentors & behavioral assistants

College & Career Readiness
- College prep workshops, mock interviews, and service projects

Who We Are
Founded by Tamara Pommells, LPC, LCADC, and operated by community partners and mentors, HHCF is rooted in resilience and empowerment. Our staff and volunteers are passionate about breaking cycles of poverty, supporting mental wellness, and opening doors to opportunity. We are a 100% volunteer organization.
