Empathy Network

Please note:
This group meets IN PERSON at the NAMI Mercer Center.

  • Meetings are confidential and offered at no charge
  • Meetings are open to any person struggling with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, or other emotional, behavioral or mental health issues
  • A person does NOT need to have a diagnosis to benefit from meetings
  • Facilitator Laurie Goldman will lead the group in a supportive, safe, and confidential setting.
  • While the dialog is facilitated, the content is driven by the needs of those in attendance;
  • Participants work together to share experiences and resources.
