AVANZAR's Displaced Homemaker and Self-Sufficiency Services (DHSSS) of Mercer County is a program that provides free and confidential workforce readiness support. Our DHSSS team provides trauma-informed services with specialized training in domestic and sexual violence. This approach is what sets us apart from other workforce development services and allows us to meet clients where they are ready to start and support them through their job readiness service.
