Rebuild strives to utilize the most qualified, empathetic, and compassionate clinicians to provide quality treatment in a home and community setting. 

Rebuild has a team of clinicians with extensive experience in various treatment settings. Our clinicians have been employed in psychiatric screening centers, hospitals, Emergency rooms, therapeutic schools, family and in-home therapy in the community, supportive housing agencies, partial programs, and a multitude of other clinically therapeutic programs. The clinicians that are employed with Rebuild are attentive, dependable, communicative, and apply their clinical judgment to all situations.

Eligibility	Families seeking in home services must go through PerformCare, and get an authorization for services through children's mobile services.
