Since 1971, the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities has worked to ensure that people with developmental disabilities have a voice in their government, a place in their community, and control over their own lives.  Our vision is that all individuals with developmental disabilities and their families have the opportunity to exercise the same rights, privileges, responsibilities, and opportunities that any other New Jersey resident enjoys.
