Well Mind Behavioral Health is a community mental health agency and approved CSOC provider. Our services include Intensive In-Community Counseling and Behavioral Assistance services for youth aged 6-8. We offer in-person (home/community) and telehealth.
Wellbrook offers psychiatric services and neurocognitive assessments for issues including depression, anxiety, sleep and eating disorders, post-partum/perinatal depression, OCD, mood disorders, and trauma. All Medicaid plans are accepted including Horizon NJ Health. Appointments are available 100% via telehealth within a week.
