Job Title: Intensive In Community (IIC) Therapist Contractors


Description:  Lifeties, Inc. is an approved Intensive In Community (IIC) provider through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. We are currently seeking fee-for-service contractors (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW), who have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, to join our team. Priority will be given to therapists who specialize in working with LGBTQ+ youth, youth with concurrent chronic medical conditions, youth that is pregnant or parenting and youth with complex trauma.
 

Job Responsibilities:
? Provide in-home counseling to youth and their families with the goal of symptom reduction, individual skill development and restoring or maintaining the youth and family functioning
? Provide an array of therapeutic interventions such as psycho-education, negotiation and conflict resolution skill training, effective coping skills development, healthy limit-setting, skills development, stress management, self-care, symptom management, problem-solving skills, and skill building that enhances self-fulfillment.
? Collaborate with all involved system partners
? Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and within required time frame including progress notes and treatment plans.
 

Qualifications:
? An active NJ license is required (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW)
? Must pass a criminal background check and child abuse background check.
? Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
? Must have a minimum of two years working with children/adolescents/families
? Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal
? Bilingual preferred 
Salary:  $40-$60 an hour

Job Title: Residential Support Professional

Job Title: Social Service Coordinator
 

Description: The Social Service Coordinator must be a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Must have two years of experience working with youth ages 16-21 along with a commitment to working with LGBTQTYouth. The Social Service Coordinator must have a valid driver’s license; pass a criminal background check and all other agency requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises all facets of Case Management for youth in the program. Maintain DCF Group Home Manual requirements and any other contractual agency requirements.
SUPERVISED BY: Program Director
SUPERVISES: All program staff, interns and volunteers in the absence of the Program Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Supervise Case Managers, Masters and Bachelors level interns and volunteers
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program in the absence of the Program Director
Responsible for complying with all DCF Manual requirements and other agency contractual agreements
Responsible for client supervision and monitoring transportation
Responsible for scheduling weekly counseling session with each client
Responsible for scheduling and participating in quarterly MTP meetings
Responsible for submitting quarterly progress reports and Joint Care Reviews to DCP&P, CSOC, Courts and Probation, and CMO
Responsible for organizing and facilitating Master Treatment Plan meetings and completion of reports.
Responsible for enrolling clients into school, therapy/counseling, mental health programs and drug/alcohol programs
Responsible for attending medication reviews, IEP meetings and all meetings regarding clients.
Responsible for referring all clients as needed, for outside community services
Responsible for supervising case management for all clients
Responsible for reviewing referrals and participating in the screening/interviewing of potential clients
Facilitate/coordinate educational groups and workshops (Psychoeducational)
Maintain all updated information in client’s file
Community networking
Participate in scheduled agency staff meetings and agency/community workshops and trainings
Respond to all crisis situations in the program and with youth
Responsible for 24 hour on call duties as arranged by Program Director
Clinical:  Under the clinical supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, provide psychotherapeutic services for all clients.
Provide clinical/behavioral support/training for staff
Conduct weekly individual group and individual sessions for youth
Attend community trainings for skills development and to maintain licensure
Ascertain licensure as an LCSW/LPC within 2 years of hire or demonstrate progress in licensure completion.
Responsible for the administration of clinical, behavioral or program assessments
