How to Refer a Child to the DCBHS System of Care for Children

About Us

Capitol County Children's Collaborative (CCCC), is an independent non-profit care management provider located in Mercer County, New Jersey. CCCC is not a treatment program. We help families find, create and develop options that will support them while they work on solutions to their problems. We also help families learn how to use and manage services available to them in the community.

CCCC works in partnership with children and their families to improve and expand services needed to maintain and stabilize children in their homes and communities.  CCCC respects the diversity of those we serve and utilizes a variety of community-based alternatives to residential and psychiatric hospitalization.

Mission & Vision

The mission of Capitol County Children's Collaborative is to empower children and families through the provision of individualized care that promote the maintenance of healthy and independent family functioning We believe that children and their families are remarkably resilient and are more than capable of positive growth and development when provided with effective community-centered service and support.
